K.B.V.S Sports & Education Foundation is a non-governmental non-profit entity legally established under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 by the Government of India. Section 8 status represents the highest standard of non-profit governance in India, strictly prohibiting any dividend distribution and mandating that all surplus funds be reinvested directly into public charitable causes.
