We collect personal details such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, student academic information, volunteer qualifications, and donation transaction records exclusively for official foundation activities, 80G certificate issuance, and event access passes.

2. Payment Security

Online donations are processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay / UPI). K.B.V.S does not store raw credit/debit card numbers or bank passwords on its servers.

3. Non-Disclosure

We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party marketing companies. Data is only shared with statutory authorities (such as the Income Tax Department of India for 80G tax reporting) when mandated by law.
