Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a registered non-profit organization, contributions made to K.B.V.S Sports & Education Foundation are considered voluntary charitable donations for public welfare.

1. Erroneous / Duplicate Transactions

If an erroneous double transaction occurs due to gateway network timeouts, donors may email accounts@kbvsfoundation.org within 7 business days with the transaction ID. Verified duplicates will be refunded to the source account within 5-7 banking days.

2. Event & Program Registrations

Student and volunteer registrations are complimentary. No charges or cancellation penalties apply.
